On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a trampolining Nora the Beaver. Doesn’t quite have the same ring to it?

But that’s exactly what we provided for the Devon Wildlife Trust as part of their December campaign to bring back beavers to Devon.

The Wildlife Trusts are one of John Lewis’s Christmas campaign charity partners, so we decided to have a bit of fun and create a short ‘tribute’ of their own Christmas video. We worked on the creative concept with Devon Wildlife Trust and decided to produce a short video to go viral.

So on an unseasonably mild November morning, we found ourselves at a location in Dawlish surrounded by boxer dogs and Nora the Beaver…oh, and a trampoline. This goes against most rules in the filming rule book.

But we had great fun filming and even more fun in the studio putting together the final edit, which you can see below.

We also reached out to the local press and gained articles in the Express and Echo as well as an hourly news item, and interview, on Radio Exe, maximising exposure for the Devon Wildlife Trust’s campaign.
